China Net Investor: The cooperation between 99Bill and Baidu comes less than two weeks after Ebay's launch of Paypal in China and will further intensify the competition in China's online payment market. With more than 2 million users and almost two years of operating experience, Alibaba.com's AliPay is another tough competitor.
